How to be a happy person when there is a lot of negativity around us. It can be difficult. But on average it is difficult to be happy all the time. We, at some point in our life, have moments of self-doubt, it is perfectly normal to feel sad once in a while — understand this. It’s part of being human. Hey! But I got to you a proven solution to feeling happy at least 95% of the time. No, I don’t have a magic pill but it’s real and practical that has changed my life.
Here’s the little secret, it’s practical. It’s not about where you live, what you do for a living, or at what level your career is. It’s not about where you’re going or where you’ve been. It is simply about how you feel. That’s right. Your level of happiness is directly linked to how you feel. And the way you feel depends upon your thinking.
Let me share with you some simple ways by which being happy becomes your habit. It is ALL related to your subconscious mind.
We should do what we really like
You need to know your “WHY”, if you don’t know it, you will never find the purpose and you will end up being unhappy. Understand your habits to find areas where you can improve. Learn How to change your thinking and behavior. Certain things become our habits because we like doing them so why not improve them? Focus on your liking related to your goals and make them your priority. Do what you really like. The main reason being, now you no longer have to sacrifice your happiness because EVERYTHING in today’s world has its own scope and success.
We should live in a way that makes us happy and content
To live happily, make a structure or a framework. Set up a schedule, use your tiny notebook, and write down your tasks. After you achieve a single successful task, reward yourself. When you feel like quitting, close your laptop and go for a walk or take a few deep breaths. — inhale patience and exhale gratitude. Keep the list of things you wish to achieve everywhere you go and thus, live in a way that makes you happy!
Be more positive
Being positive here means to pause for a second and feel the things you are grateful for. Replace all your negative self-talk with positive affirmations. Be kind, be grateful, be healthy, be that beautiful soul who can bring light to others. Spend quality time with your friends, family, and with you. Eliminate screen time and do something fun, active, or relaxing instead. Learn to take a break from technology. Keep things simple. Laugh till your stomach hurts, live happily, and learn to hustle the right way! Be positive my friend.
But I’ve learned that it’s never too late to change things for the better.
Things will change for the better if YOU want them to. It’s up to you. Today before going to bed read something fun, find ways to relax by listening to your favorite music, and get a good sleep. You see it’s that simple to live a happy life.
